What to do if you're missing one or more of your Weblessons
One of the major tools that GOLFTEC offers is the ability to review videos from you lessons afterwards so that you can continue learning. Sometimes, however, those lessons might not be showing, and there could be a variety of reasons for this. Below, we will give some explanations and what can be done if you find yourself in this situation.
You have taken a lesson within the last 48 hours
- The most common reason that a lesson is missing is because it hasn't quite uploaded, yet. Typically, they upload within a few hours to overnight. On rare occasions, however, it may take 48 hours to upload.
- If it's been fewer than 48 hours, keep an eye out for an email from us as an automated email is sent when your video fully uploads. That way you'll know it's ready to review so that you don't need to keep checking in.
You had a lesson over 48 hours ago and it's not showing
- Sometimes, lessons can get caught up in our system. If it's been more than 2 days and you're still not seeing it, please open a ticket with our IT team, and they'll be able to figure out where it got caught and get it uploaded as quickly as possible.
- Generally, these can be taken care of within a day or two, depending on the cause, though some may require more time. We will always send you a follow-up once the video is uploaded and ready for review.
One or more videos are not showing in the app but are showing on the Clubhouse webpage on a computer
- Typically, if there are multiple videos missing from the WEBLESSON section of the Clubhouse App, it is because of an issue with the app's installation.
- Deleting the app and then reinstalling it tends to correct this issue entirely.
- If this issue is not fixed by a reinstall, please open a ticket with us and let us know that the reinstall didn't fix it. Please note any dates that you know are missing, or approximations if you cannot remember the exact dates.
