How to Cancel a lesson online

This article outlines how to cancel a lesson online.

How to cancel a lesson through the Clubhouse website (App instructions below):

1. When you initially log in, the home screen will show your schedule if you scroll down. 
2. On the calendar showing your schedule, select the date you wish to cancel. The appointments scheduled for that date will appear to the right of the calendar or below it, depending on screen settings.
3. Select the Cancel Icon  next to the appointment you want to cancel.
4. A window will appear asking you to please provide a reason for cancelling. Enter the reason for the cancellation and select Submit.

How to Cancel a lesson through the Clubhouse App:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Home Screen and select View All to the right of Schedule.
2. A list of your upcoming lessons will appear. Search for the date you wish to cancel and select the  icon in the lower right corner of the appointment information.
3. It will navigate to a page showing the center location on a map. Select Cancel Lesson at the bottom of the screen.
4. On the next page, list your reason for the cancellation and select Submit.
