If you are having trouble getting a Revel transaction to sync, please perform the steps below:

 

1. Log into Revel with the PIN number: 9999

2. Tap Settings > Network Sync > Orders (Transactions)

3. If there are orders showing as un-synced, tap Retry All. In 3-5 minutes, the unsent orders/ payments will begin to process.

4. If orders have still failed to sync after 5 minutes, please reply with a description or picture of the error. 

5. Log out of the Revel app.
