Why are your lessons archived and how can you retrieve them?

We at GOLFTEC strive to give the best experience with our GOLFTEC Clubhouse in addition to the lessons. Each lesson includes videoed portions that are uploaded for later review, along with notes and drills that the coach recommends. As you take more lessons, you'll notice older videos being sent to the Archive. Those videos will still be recoverable to watch later, but won't be immediately available for review.

There are several reasons that videos are archived in our system. The main reason for this is due to how our lesson progression works. Each lesson builds on the lesson before it, developing piece by piece to build a better golf swing. As such, the most recent few lessons are the best videos to focus on, so the most recent videos will always be available. If you would like to retrieve your lessons from the Archive, follow these steps:

On Browser

1. Open  on the Home Screen located to the upper right of the most recent lesson. 
2. On the next screen, select the List Icon  to the upper right of the Lesson Select.
3. In the box that pops up, scroll down to the Weblesson that you wish to retrieve, and select  on the still image.

You will be taken to a screen which will inform you that the Weblesson is being retrieved and will populate to your Clubhouse within the next few hours. You will receive an automated email once the video is available for review.

On the Clubhouse App

1. Open  on the Home Screen located to the upper right of the most recent lesson.
2. On the next screen, scroll down to the lesson you would like to retrieve and select on  to the right of the still image.

A popup will appear informing you that it will take several hours to retrieve from the archive and that you will receive an email when it is ready. Click on the I Agree button, and you will be notified when the video is available for review.

All videos retrieved from the Archive will be available for 7 days from the time that they are retrieved before they are sent back to the Archive. If you are using the app, you can download the lessons to your phone for constant access within the GOLFTEC Clubhouse app by clicking the Download icon located to the right of the still image of each lesson.
