What to do if you're missing your Lesson Credits
We at GOLFTEC want you to be able to get the most out of your lessons with us. To this end, there are timeframes on the Lesson Packs and Game Plans within which we would like you to utilize those lessons so that you get continuous and consistent instruction. If you're unsure of whether or not you've gone past that timeframe, you can check here for information on the durations.
If you're outside of that timeframe, the lesson credits can only be reinstated by your coach or the Center Manager at your local GOLFTEC Training Center. If you're unsure of how to reach them, you can find the phone number of the local GOLFTEC Training Center, as well as direct emails to the coaching staff, by searching for the location on our Location's Page.
If you're still within the timeframe, but your credits are missing, we would recommend reaching out to your coach. There are several possible explanations as to why those may have disappeared. Your coach will be able to help you with scheduling out some times for the immediate future while they and our IT team work to get your credits reinstated.
