1. Open Settings

2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Apps"

3. Tap "Passwords"

4. Scroll down and tap "Open Passwords"

5. Tap "All"

6. Select any row and all rows that contain "microsoftonline.com" and delete those entries.
