Updating the Revel POS app

  1. Refresh your Revel app to ensure all recent transactions are synced with the Revel server.

 

  1. Hold your finger down on the "App Store" icon until a sub-menu appears. Then tap "Updates"

 

  1. The App store will open with an "Account" pop-up window. 
  2. Scroll down and select "Update All" under the Upcoming Automatic Updates section. 

 

  1. If prompted, please enter the password for your Apple ID. 
  2. All the apps on your iPad should now update to the latest version, including Revel. 
  3. Once the Revel app has finished updating, open it. 
  4. Double-tap the REVEL logo in the upper-left corner of the login screen. 

 

  1. The version of your Revel app should now be 2.78.15 (0)  (or higher)
  2. Tap "OK" and you are now free to use Revel again. 

 

If the version of your Revel app is lower than the version listed above, please submit a MyTicket requesting help getting your Revel app updated.
