Please follow the steps below to ensure you are running the latest version of the GOLFTEC Camera app on the iPhones in your teaching bays:
- Close the TECSWING software on your teaching computer.
- Position the iPhone so that you can see the screen. If you see the message below, then immediately tap "Update". The app will start updating itself to the latest version. (If you do not see this popup, skip to STEP 11)
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the desktop of the iPhone.
- Open the GOLFTEC Camera app again.
- If the app successfully updated itself, then you will see the version number 1.0.13 (or higher) listed at the top of the screen.
- You can now tap the white circular record button at the bottom of the screen to put the app in "record" mode.
- Reposition the camera facing the golfer.
- Repeat steps 1-7 for each camera in your bays.
- Open TECSWING and make sure your cameras are still working.
- If you have trouble with any of these steps, please submit a MyTicket in CaddyMaster and a member of the Support team will get back to you.

- If any of your iPhones are not automatically prompting you to update the Camera app, then you might need to re-connect the phone to WiFi.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the desktop of the iPhone.
- Open Settings and make sure the iPhone is connected to the golftec guest WiFi.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the iPhone's desktop.
- Within a couple of minutes, the GOLFTEC Camera app should automatically update itself to the latest version.
- Open the GOLFTEC Camera app again.
- If the app successfully updated itself, then you will see the version number 1.0.13 (or higher) listed at the top of the screen.
- You can now tap the white circular record button at the bottom of the screen to put the app in "record" mode.
- Reposition the camera facing the golfer.
- Repeat steps 1-7 for each camera in your bays.
- Open TECSWING and make sure your cameras are still working.
