How do I place my order, where do I check out?
In order to check out, select the cart icon at the top of your screen, this till bring up a window allowing you to checkout.
How do I view order, did my order go through?
In order to view your purchase history, log in to Clubhouse and click Profile from the menu on the left, followed by Account > Purchase History.
How do I track my order, has it shipped?
Select your order from the Purchase History page to view it's current status and other relevant information.
I gave the wrong information, can I change it?
Please click the Support Icon in the Clubhouse as soon as possible for changes to your order.
Can I get a refund?
All merchandise purchases including golf clubs and golf equipment are final. Stock (not customized) merchandise that is unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund less any applicable restocking fees. Merchandise that is defective may be replaced or repaired at the option of GOLFTEC. No refunds will be given on merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund policies may vary based on the location of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
GOLFTEC provides free shipping on most clubhouse orders over $75!

Do members get a discount?
Yes! Active GOLFTEC students receive a 10% discount on applicable pro shop purchases.
Where do I get promo codes?
Watch your email and check back in with the Clubhouse frequently for future promotions from GOLFTEC!
Why is my promo code not working?
Most promo codes have some rules and restrictions, including an expiration. Your promo code may be expired, or you may be trying to purchase an ineligible item like Golf Balls. Please see the promotional details for more information, or contact support.
