Q: The image projecting on the screen is too big, too small, or getting cut off.

A: The screen resolution in Windows must be set to 1920x1080.  Also, the screen “zoom” must be set to 100%.

 

Q: The projector isn’t showing an image on the hitting screen.

A1: Is the projector plugged into power?

A2: Is the projector power on?

A3: Is the projector on the correct HDMI input?

A4: Is the HDMI cable plugged into the back of the projector?

A5: Is the HDMI cable plugged into the back of the computer?

A6: Is the HDMI to DisplayPort adapter plugged in?

A7: Is the HDMI to DisplayPort adapter working? (Swap it with another)
